What openings do we have?
We are continually looking for the top talent in Northeast Colorado. We expect to add one or two new positions every year for the foreseeable future. We may not have a position right now, but we expect to have one soon and we have a strong pool of qualified candidates in our talent pipeline. We’d like to know if you fit our team.

Client Experience Specialist (NOT CURRENTLY HIRING)

We’re looking for a Client Experience Specialist to help us continue to raise the bar of the client experience for South Platte Agency, Inc.
You’ll work side-by-side with a small but mighty, highly creative, motivated team committed to making a difference in the lives of our clients. Though we don’t like to boast, we think we have just about the best team on the planet.
In this role, you will address client service needs through various digital platforms, while also engaging with clients in person. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, deadline-driven position in an entrepreneurial environment.
This role is a full-time employee position.
Hours are typically 8am to 5pm, Monday-Friday, but are somewhat flexible, as this position is more about accomplishing certain tasks and objectives with a high level of responsiveness than adhering to a set clock in/clock out time. Occasionally, there is a need to work additional hours on evenings and weekends during a company offsite meetings or other event which happens a few times a year.

- We specialize in helping grow and protect the wealth of family farms, ranches and the unique professionals serving rural America.
- We often work on complex cases that require intelligent collaboration with other professionals including attorneys and accountants.
- We deliver a high-volume of high quality advice with an increasingly complex client review and planning calendar.
- Almost all of our advice is delivered in person across Colorado and Nebraska.
About the Position
It’s a 40 hour-a-week, full-time position, though we have a few windows each year when extra flexibility is necessary.
Due to the high-growth nature of our business, the duties and responsibilities of this position will likely evolve over time, so we are looking for someone who has the capacity and desire to grow with the position.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Insurance Support:We use agency software called Hawksoft, to organize and respond to all client inquiries we receive at South Platte Agency, Inc. This position will be responsible for monitoring these tasks daily, filtering or assigning them to members of our team, or responding to them personally in a professional and timely manner.
- Financial Planning Support: We offer full service comprehensive financial planning to our clients. Coordinating and collecting information
- Schedule Management: Proactively setting and prioritizing appointments while managing multiple schedules requires highly developed organizational skills.
- Paperwork Completion and Management: Even though we strive to reduce paper as much as possible most applications require extensive paperwork that requires high attention to detail and the ability to complete and manage high amounts of paperwork continuously and timely.
- Phone Service:We spend extensive time with clients on the phone. Whether this is through personalized outreach for one of our farm families, or in response to a client inquiry, we expect our Client Experience team to approach these calls with the same professionalism and care as we deliver in person.
- Seminar Support:During seminars, we will often engage our customers through live events hosted by our team. Our Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for supporting these events, ensuring that our clients are provided with the information and assistance needed to attend and benefit from these live presentations. These events can at times take place outside of regular business hours, therefore scheduling flexibility is necessary.

Professional
- Education: Bachelor degree preferred
- Professional Experience: 2-5 years strong client support experience preferred
